• Ample room to mount a mineral block if needed

Arenas & Riding

• Dressage Ring w/ Letters (lighted)

• Hunter/Jumper Ring w/ Jumps (lighted)

• 3 smaller practice/warm-up arenas (one with some small crossrails/cavaletti for warm-ups) (lighted)

• 1 covered arena w/ mirrored wall and small viewing area (lighted)

• Miles of scenic trails (some with ocean views!), some with cross country obstacles of varying degrees of difficulty - all are marked for your convenience and safety

Pasture & Turn-Out

• 2 10-acre pastures for the Low Cost (pasture) boarders

• 5 5-acre pastures for turn-out

• 5 2-acre paddocks

• 3 bull pens

Horse Maintenance

• Cross ties located at each barn

• Tie bars located at each barn

• 3 wash racks at each barn

• Power outlets near tying areas for plugging in clippers

Equipment & Supplies

• Indoor hay & feed storage

• Locking tack sheds for boarders

• Locking parking lot for trailers

For Humans

• Lounge off of the main barn with kitchen, soda machine, TV, cell phone charging station

• Small bank of lockers for visitors (those who do not have tack sheds)

• Staff living quarters on the grounds

• Barn Owner living quarters on the grounds

• Pool & Spa, BBQ area (attached to Staff Quarters, but occasionally we throw parties there)

• Bathrooms at several convenient locations on the grounds
